SWP stands for StillWater Properties, the company Mac and Rebecca built. Before real estate, Mac spent ten years as a middle school teacher. In his words, that job taught him to listen without judgment, to explain complicated things simply, and to stay patient with people going through a hard stretch.
He started the company after seeing how badly home sales could go for people in difficult spots: a foreclosure notice, a probate file, a divorce, or just a house that needed more work than anyone could afford.
